I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Chattanooga West - Lookout Mountain. the location is fantastic for exploring nearby attractions like Lookout Mountain and downtown Chattanooga. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making the overall experience enjoyable. However, there were some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom grout, and not all amenities were available during my stay, such as the pool being closed.

The room was updated, clean, and very quiet. the pull-out sofa was surprisingly comfy, and the overall décor looked new and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring the linens were fresh.

The staff truly went above and beyond. Kenny at the front desk was welcoming and quick during check-in, plus Jerry in maintenance provided excellent service by bringing up a high-quality crib for us.
